We keep the project list short on purpose. It lets the owner stay close to every job, every week, from your first email to the day we hand the house back.

How we work.
Most renovations go sideways because nobody tells the homeowner what is happening. We fix that.
You will get a written update from us every Friday. It tells you what we did this week, what is coming next week, and what decisions need to happen on your end. Selections and approvals get scheduled in advance so they do not catch you off guard during construction. If something will affect the budget or the timeline, you hear about it in writing before it happens.
The person who scoped your project also runs your job site, and walks you through the finished work at the end. There is no project manager you have never met. Just the owner, on your house, every week.

With years of hands-on experience ranging from custom renovation work to managing large-scale residential and commercial construction projects as a carpenter, project engineer or superintendent, I understand what it takes to deliver exceptional results without cutting corners.
